Maine Wheels Bicycle Club is the home of the Moose Tour and Coastal Tour. These are two large six-day bike tours in Maine.
Maine Wheels was started in 1992 by Merle and Molly Glines with the intent of having a group of friends get together to enjoy
a week long ride on the back roads of Maine. That ride was the Moose Tour which now takes 170 (non-Maine Wheels club riders)
for a ride on the back roads of Maine.
